Is the free plan really free?
Yes, and it doesn't expire. If you cross the limits we'll tell you, but we never lock you out of your own invoices.
Why are jewellery and retail priced differently?
They're different products. Jewellery billing carries rate, weight, purity, making, wastage, old gold and schemes; retail carries barcodes, batches, variants and supplier ledgers. You pay for the one your shop runs.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your account moves to the free plan. Your invoice history stays readable and exportable.
Do you take a commission on sales?
No. You pay once a year for the plan. What you sell is yours.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades apply immediately and we adjust for what you've already paid.
