Why jewellers, not just billing
Generic billing apps don't know what a gram is.
Vyapar, myBillBook and the like are built for MRP goods. A jewellery bill starts with today's rate, a weight, a purity, wastage and making — then GST on top and old gold taken off. We spent 25 years behind the counter before we wrote a line of code, so all of that is built in, not bolted on.

Pearl suits a single counter doing up to about one invoice an hour. Past that, the monthly cap is the thing you notice. Prices are per shop, per year, excluding GST. No card until you choose a plan.

Free jewellery software — the usual questions
Is Auromine's free jewellery software really free?
Yes. Every shop starts with 21 days of the complete product, no card. When the 21 days end nothing stops working — the shop moves onto the Pearl free plan and carries on: 30 invoices a month, 200 items and unlimited estimates, with GST invoices and offline billing. Pearl has no expiry date.
Does the free plan print HUID on the invoice?
Yes — enter the HUID against each item and it prints on the GST invoice line. Available on Pearl.
Can I use the web app and the Android app together?
Yes. The web app and the Android app share the same account; Platinum runs both at once.
Is Auromine really made by jewellers?
Yes — Auromine is jewellery software made by jewellers. The people who built it have run a jewellery business for three generations.
What happens on day 22 if I do not buy?
The shop drops to the Pearl free plan. Your items, customers, rates and every bill you have raised stay exactly where they are — nothing is deleted, nothing is locked, and you can keep billing. You only lose the paid-plan extras: the higher invoice and item limits, and the extra counters.
What happens after 30 invoices in a month?
Billing pauses until the next month, or you move to a paid plan and it resumes straight away. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked — your items, customers and past bills stay exactly where they are.
Does the free plan work without internet?
Yes. Billing at the counter works offline on every plan including Pearl, and syncs when the connection returns. A power cut or a dropped line does not stop you issuing a bill.
Do I have to give a card to start?
No. There is no card field anywhere in signup, and no sign-up form either — open the app and the trial begins. If you never upgrade, you are never asked for a card.
What do I lose compared to the paid plans?
The monthly invoice cap, the item cap, and the counters. Silver adds mobile billing without limits, Gold adds web billing, Platinum adds both, and Diamond runs five counters. The billing engine is the same on all of them.
Can I move my old data in?
Yes. Migration from Vyapar, myBillBook, Marg, Tally or a spreadsheet is a one-off ₹2,999 and we do it for you. It is the only part of starting that is not free, and it is optional — plenty of shops start fresh.
