This policy explains what Auromine Retail POS Pvt Ltd (“Auromine”) collects, why, and how it is handled — across the Auromine apps and websites.

1. What we collect

• Account details — your name, shop name, phone number and email, when you register or send an enquiry.
• Business data — the invoices, items, customers and records you create in the app. This data is yours; we store and process it only to run the Service for you.
• Technical data — device type, app version, and diagnostic logs used to keep the Service working.
• Enquiry details — when you use the website contact form we store your name, number, town and shop type so we can reply, along with the page and language you wrote from.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, to reply to your enquiries (usually on WhatsApp), to send service messages such as renewal reminders, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your customers’ details for our own marketing.

3. Payments

Online payments are handled by our payment partners (Paddle as merchant of record, and Google Play for in-app purchases). Card details go to them directly; we never store them.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure. Offline billing data is stored on your device and synced over encrypted connections. Access within Auromine is limited to what is needed to support you.

5. Your rights

You can export your business data at any time, correct your account details, or ask us to delete your account and its data by contacting info@auromine.com. We retain data only as long as needed to run the Service and meet legal record-keeping requirements.
